What your little one gets
Balance and coordination.
Rolling, crawling, getting up, and staying steady, in games that feel like play. These are the movement skills every sport builds on.
Confidence from trying.
Little wins every class: getting out from under a partner, finishing a game, trying again after a fall.
Friends and listening.
Partner games teach taking turns, following simple rules, and stopping when a partner says stop.
What parents of young kids ask
"Is my kid too young?"
Four is when Little Lions starts. Classes are built for how young kids learn: short games with a goal and simple rules, and a lot of moving.
"What if they're shy or cry?"
That's okay. Coaches handle it. Your kid can sit out, watch, or jump back in when they're ready. Nobody is forced to participate.
"Will it make them rough?"
The opposite. Kids learn control, not aggression: to protect themselves without hurting anyone, and to stop the moment a partner taps.

" They did an excellent job teaching my step son the fundamentals and making sure he felt welcomed and safe. He met a few kids who were very nice to him and taught him things when he didn't know what to do. "

Questions
What do they wear?
Athletic shorts or leggings with no pockets, zippers, or buttons, and a fitted t-shirt. No uniform needed for Little Lions.
Can I watch?
Yes, you're welcome to watch. We just ask that you stay out of the doorway and away from the edge of the mat, and that you don't wave or talk to your kid while they're on the mats, including through the windows. Let the coaches coach.
What about older kids?
At 7 they can move up to Golden Tigers (ages 7 to 13), with more structure and harder games. See both kids programs.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, the Day 30 Guarantee. Come to eight classes in your first 30 days (your free trial class does not count). If it's not a fit, tell us inside those 30 days and we'll refund your first month's payment. To claim it, text us at 303-578-0198. Little Lions has two classes a week, so for them that means coming to nearly every class.
Let them try one class.
It's free, and you'll know after one class if they want to come back.
$99 first month applies to new memberships started the same day as your child's free intro class, for each child, and family plan pricing can lower the total. Not available to current members. Guarantee requires at least eight classes in your first 30 days of membership (the free intro class doesn't count), with the refund requested within those 30 days; the refund is your first month's payment, and it ends your membership. It covers the first month only: if you paid for a longer term up front, the rest of that payment is not refunded.
