From central Lakewood, 6th Avenue takes you past the Federal Center at Kipling and Red Rocks Community College at Simms. In Golden it runs into Highway 58 heading east; the first exit is Washington Ave, and the gym is about two blocks from the ramp.

Is it worth the drive from Lakewood?
Only you can answer that, which is why the first class is free. Come to one Fundamentals class, play the games, and decide on the drive home.
How bad is 6th Avenue at rush hour?
The times on this page are midday estimates. Around 5 PM, allow a few extra minutes. The 7:00 PM class misses most of it.
Can my kid train too?
Yes. Kids classes are in the afternoon (4:30 and 4:45 PM), and each additional family member is 20% off. The Train Together page explains how families book.
What happens after the free class?
Join the same day and your first month is $99, with the Day 30 Guarantee: come to eight classes in your first 30 days, and if it's not for you, we refund your first month.
Where do I park?
The front lot at 802 Washington Ave is open to gym visitors. The covered spots belong to the building, but the bank lot next door opens up after 5 PM and has plenty of room.

$99 first month applies to new memberships started the same day as your free intro class. Not available to current members. Guarantee requires at least eight classes in your first 30 days of membership (the free intro class doesn't count), with the refund requested within those 30 days; the refund is your first month's payment, and it ends your membership. It covers the first month only: if you paid for a longer term up front, the rest of that payment is not refunded.
