Highway 58 starts at Clear Creek Crossing, where the Lutheran hospital sits (still Wheat Ridge), then runs along the Coors brewery into Golden. And if you ride, the Clear Creek Trail connects Wheat Ridge and Golden and passes a few blocks from the gym.

What kids actually do in class
Kids classes are games with rules, just like the adult classes. Kids learn to control a position, get out of a bad one, and look after their training partner while they do it.
Games kids want to come back for
Every game has a goal and rules, so kids are playing instead of waiting in a line.
Being a good partner is part of the lesson
Kids are coached on how they treat the person across from them, not just on whether they win.
Parents can train too
Adult classes are in the evening, and each additional family member is 20% off. A household never pays more than $400 a month.
After school and after work
From 38th Ave, leave by about 3:55 for a 4:30 kids class, so a first-timer arrives 15 minutes early. Adult classes are in the evening, so a parent can bring a kid in the afternoon and come back for their own class.

Can we make a 4:30 class from Wheat Ridge?
From 38th and Wadsworth it is about 15 minutes at midday. For a first class, arrive 15 minutes early, so leave by about 3:55, earlier if traffic is heavy. Little Lions starts at 4:45 on Tuesday and Thursday if that helps.
Which class is right for my kid?
Little Lions is for ages 4 to 7, Golden Tigers for ages 7 to 13. A 7 year old can go either way; ask us and we will help you pick.
Can I ride the Clear Creek Trail to class?
You can. The trail runs from Wheat Ridge into Golden and passes a few blocks from the gym. From the east side of Wheat Ridge it is a long ride, so most people drive on class nights.
What happens after the free class?
Join the same day and your first month is $99, with the Day 30 Guarantee: come to eight classes in your first 30 days, and if it's not for you, we refund your first month.
Where do I park?
The front lot at 802 Washington Ave is open to gym visitors. The covered spots belong to the building, but the bank lot next door opens up after 5 PM and has plenty of room.

The first class is free for each of you.
$99 first month applies to new memberships started the same day as your free intro class. For kids, it applies for each child, and family plan pricing can lower the total. Not available to current members. Guarantee requires at least eight classes in your first 30 days of membership (the free intro class doesn't count), with the refund requested within those 30 days; the refund is your first month's payment, and it ends your membership. It covers the first month only: if you paid for a longer term up front, the rest of that payment is not refunded.
