Is Applewood part of Golden?
No. Applewood is unincorporated Jefferson County between Golden and Wheat Ridge, though many Applewood addresses use a Golden ZIP code. Either way, the gym is about 10 minutes away.
How often should I come?
Two or three times a week is the minimum for steady progress. Consistency matters more than volume.
Can a parent and a kid start the same week?
Yes. Book the kid into Little Lions (Tuesday or Thursday, 4:45 PM) or Golden Tigers (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, 4:30 PM), and yourself into Fundamentals any night Monday to Thursday at 7:00 PM. Every one of you gets a free first class.
What happens after the free class?
Join the same day and your first month is $99, with the Day 30 Guarantee: come to eight classes in your first 30 days, and if it's not for you, we refund your first month.
Where do I park?
The front lot at 802 Washington Ave is open to gym visitors. The covered spots belong to the building, but the bank lot next door opens up after 5 PM and has plenty of room.

$99 first month applies to new memberships started the same day as your free intro class. For kids, it applies for each child, and family plan pricing can lower the total. Not available to current members. Guarantee requires at least eight classes in your first 30 days of membership (the free intro class doesn't count), with the refund requested within those 30 days; the refund is your first month's payment, and it ends your membership. It covers the first month only: if you paid for a longer term up front, the rest of that payment is not refunded.
