What your kid gets
Confidence from something real.
Not from a trophy. From getting pinned, figuring out how to move, and getting out. That confidence goes with them to school and home.
Games, not lines.
Every class is built around games with a goal and simple rules. Kids spend class moving and solving problems, not waiting for a turn.
Control, not aggression.
Kids learn to protect themselves without hurting anyone, and to stop the moment a partner taps.
How it works
Book a free class.
Pick a time that works. A coach greets your kid at the door, and they're playing games from the first minute.
Join the same day for $99.
If they loved it, sign up before midnight and their first month is $99.
Keep coming back.
Coaches learn your kid's name, what they need, and when they need a push. The most common thing parents tell us is that their kid asks to come back.
Two programs, built for how kids grow
Little Lions, ages 4 to 7.
Balance, coordination, and making friends, through games, tumbling, and a lot of laughing. No uniform needed. Tuesday and Thursday at 4:45 PM.
Golden Tigers, ages 7 to 13.
More structure, harder games, and real grappling ideas like balance and leverage. Mostly no-gi, with one gi class a week. We lend a gi for their first two gi classes. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 PM.
Safe, and built for kids
- Your kid can stop any activity at any time. Nobody is pushed to keep going.
- Tapping is taught on day one as a normal part of the game.
- Our coaches train specifically to teach kids, and they adjust every game so it stays safe and challenging.
- We never photograph kids in class, which is why there are no kid photos on this page.

" They did an excellent job teaching my step son the fundamentals and making sure he felt welcomed and safe. He met a few kids who were very nice to him and taught him things when he didn't know what to do. "

Questions parents ask
What if my kid is shy or wants to stop?
That's okay. Coaches handle it. Your kid can sit out, watch, or jump back in when they're ready. Nobody is forced to participate.
What do they wear?
Athletic shorts with no pockets, zippers, or buttons, and a fitted t-shirt or rash guard. If they don't have the right clothes yet, we have loaner gear.
Can I watch?
Yes, you're welcome to watch. We just ask that you stay out of the doorway and away from the edge of the mat, and that you don't wave or talk to your kid while they're on the mats, including through the windows. Let the coaches coach.
Will jiu jitsu make my kid aggressive?
The opposite. Grappling teaches control, not violence. Kids learn to manage their intensity, respect their partner, and stop the moment someone taps.
How is this different from karate or other kids martial arts?
Most kids' martial arts classes mean standing in a line, watching a move, and repeating it. Here every class is built around games with a goal and simple rules, so kids spend class moving and solving problems. And it's not a belt factory: progress is measured by effort, attitude, and whether your kid is a good training partner, not by how many techniques they can name. See the side-by-side.
What happens after the first month?
You pick the membership that fits your family: month to month, or save with a 6-month or 12-month plan. Family plans make it easier to bring siblings: each additional family member is 20% off their rate. Your plan rate never goes up while you stay a member. Training together as a family?
What if we can't decide on the day of the class?
The $99 first month is only for joining the same day as your kid's free class. You can still join later.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, the Day 30 Guarantee. Come to eight classes in your first 30 days (your free trial class does not count). If it's not a fit, tell us inside those 30 days and we'll refund your first month's payment. To claim it, text us at 303-578-0198. Little Lions has two classes a week, so for them that means coming to nearly every class.

Book a free class this week. If they love it, start their first month for $99.
$99 first month applies to new memberships started the same day as your child's free intro class, for each child, and family plan pricing can lower the total. Not available to current members. Guarantee requires at least eight classes in your first 30 days of membership (the free intro class doesn't count), with the refund requested within those 30 days; the refund is your first month's payment, and it ends your membership. It covers the first month only: if you paid for a longer term up front, the rest of that payment is not refunded.
